Alex Sholler, AKA Alison Wonderland, is an Australian DJ and producer based in Sydney who is signed to EMI Music Australia a part of Universal Music Australia. I was excited to learn that Alison Wonderland is also a trained classical musician and plays the Cello! This 29 year old (born September 27, 1986) DJ that has taken the EDM world by storm has been on a transformative journey for the past 5 years. Alison Wonderland made a name for herself in 2014 when she set out on a national tour playing in warehouses across Australia.

Wonderland’s debut album, Run, was released on 20 March 2015.

Apart from my personal favorite song/ music video “I Want U”, the music videos that were created for “U Don’t Know”, “Games”, “Cold”, “I Want U” and “Run” have an incredible artistic edge that keeps one engaged through the entirety of the video. Alison Wonderland has not topped the US charts as of yet, but her album “Run” was #6 in the Australian charts. It’s hard to believe with songs such as “Run”, “U Don’t Know” featuring Wayne Coyne and “I Want U” haven’t hit the US charts, but I promise you 2016 is going to be a very different year for EMD/ Trap EDM fans in the US.
