Deadly Lo-Fi is a spooky rock n’ roll band started in 2010 based in Carolina Beach, NC. They are currently performing as a duo but can also perform as a one man band if needed.
Members consist of Travis Burdick on vocals, drums, and guitar. Plus Seth Moody on guitar, saxophone, electric organ, and theremin.
On the band from Tyler Burdick: ‘Our influences come from The Cramps, Screamin’ Jay Hawkins, Tom Waits, Flat Duo Jets, The Monsters, Ty Segall, Link Wray, King Khan and many more! We have opened for many artists including NOBUNNY, Dex Romweber Duo, Shannon and The Clams, Pokey Lafarge, Cut Throat Freak Show, White Mystery, and Dave Dondero. We have released one self titled full length cassette on a smal label I run called Doctor Gone Records and we just released a new split EP cassette on Doctor Gone Records as well. A new full length is in the works to be released Spring of 2015 but we do not know who we will be releasing it with yet. We are really excited to be playing Muddy Roots Music Festival as well as Meltasia Music Festival this summer alongside many of our favorite bands!’
