BAM! 40 Hells. Following in the footsteps of all of our favorite pop influenced punks , 40 Hells brings noise the way we like to hear it. They pull from many of your more well known punk favorites (Social Distortion really comes to mind), but add an element of pop driven soul that makes everything genuine. Don’t underestimate though, 40 Hells brings a mass of personality and originality to the stage and to your head so as to leave you wanting more. You really get the feeling that these dudes feel a connection to what they’re doing, its history and where they’re coming from. Their presence was content and comfortable and you could tell these guys feel at home on stage.?
We got to sit down with these guys and ask them a few questions…
CAMPAIGN
Campaign was a fine tuned punk rock machine. 3 members of this 5 piece have been touring the Southeast together for years and it really shows in their music and their performances. Although Campaign is relatively new, they have succeeded in developing a full-bodied and inclusive sound. I can’t imagine that they wouldn’t appeal to mass crowds of people…check out Halfway Hoping and Dead by Dawn on their myspace page. Here is a video of Dead by Dawn from the show at Vinyl…
You can see these two bands on March 3rd at the Drunken Unicorn. Go to the show and support these up and coming bands.
You can see more videos of Campaign and 40 Hells at beatlanta’s youtube channel.
