Song of the Week – ‘Noone Escapes the Sun’ by Before the Solstice
On the song – ‘This song was written in a haunted house I was living in in 2008. That may have something to do with the creepy vibe people feel in this song. I loosely wrote this song on the concept of the oppressive New World Order scenario that has been so vividly painted in our minds in books like 1984 and all over the internet on conspiracy sites. You could also say that no one escapes the eye of the corporate world order. I don’t think things will get that bad though, there is a total flipside to the song too, that the people revolt and set up a new society that the powers that be have no power to stop. It’s a dual storyline.’
