This Piano Plays Itself continues to gain momentum on the Atlanta scene. Their new stuff has been labeled bolder and more ambitious. I tend to agree. Their sound continues its progressiveness and the new stuff that I’ve heard leans more to the psychedelia than the shoegaze. Ohmpark listed them as one of a few bands that have the potential to “break out” in 2011. Meaning they are set to gain ground in spots other than Atlanta. It could happen. In the next few days they will embark on a tour….
