Last month I sat down with Nick Elward to talk about his life, his music and his video game music project ‘Nelward’. Nick is living the dream and making it by creating, selling and teaching music. When it comes to music and instruments he’s a jack of all trades. Some of you may know Nick from his awesomely super fantastic band Rad Giraffe (Rad Giraffe played a Beatlanta House Show last year – see videos here). Nelward is a bit different; and even if you don’t dig the ‘video game music’ that he is pumping out I think you’ll still find the conversation interesting as it’s a fascinating segment of the music business and creative process. Nelward has been playing his first set of live shows very recently and he has more in store in the future. We talk to him about that and more.
