O’Death is hard to pin down. Somewhat folksy, a little bit blues and at times a bit psychedelic; always awesome. Interesting arrangements, clever lyrics and clangy vocals contribute to an eclectic sound that reminds me of a folksier version of Modest Mouse. They use a ukulele and a violin (and is that an Accordion? – I’m not sure) …enough said. I’m seriously looking forward to hearing more and seeing them live.
