“Everyone talks about rock these days, the problem is they forget about the roll” – Keith Richards. The BIRDWINGS is a four piece rock band from Nashville that picked up on this advice, and learned how to roll. Channeling influences of Chuck Berry, The Faces, Gram Parsons and more, the BIRDWINGS have quickly hit the ground running since their inception in summer of 2012. Staying busy through short tours of the South, the band is in the works of a brand new album scheduled for its release in the summer of 2013. Yet to be titled, the album looks to open new doors for the group, while providing a platform for more tours. Complied from groups across the nation such as The Booze, The Fantastic Harlan Jones Band, Tim Lee 3 and Thieves, the BIRDWINGS promise to play your town and give you some much needed roll with your rock.
