Appearance: Dark, almost black, chocolate

Scent/Aroma: strong chocolate, astringent, cherry

Taste/Flavor: dark fruits, chocolates, smoky

Body/Mouthfeel: creamy, carbonated, strong, residue

First Taste: The first taste is engulfing. You can almost taste the beer via the strong aroma as it draws near your face. When it hits your tongue you’re bombarded with a variety of flavors including the chocolate, smokiness and bitterness with the malts. The high gravity leaves a residue in your mouth that has you tasting the beer long after your last sip. Its quite an amazing range of flavors but also a bit on the alcohol tasting side. And I love it!
