We always have to go see Manchester Orchestra. Although we did see a few songs from the Kaiser Chiefs before heading over to Manchester. Manchester Orchestra’s shows are crazy intimate and you really feel like the singer, Andy Hall, is “letting you in.” The songs are laden with heavy instrumental breakdowns and lyrics that are self exploring and pensive. I have now seen them 5-6 times and they are a great festival band and even a great band for a more intimate, close up venue. They play often in Atlanta (they are from the ATL) so if you haven’t seen them yet and you like them, GO DO IT. Be sure to see all of our coverage of Shaky Knees 2015 on our home page.
