BEER FESTIVAL REVIEW: The Secret Stash Bash (March 2014)

This festival was on March 1st so I’m a little late with the review but now you know for next year…The Secret Stash Bash was my perfect beer festival. Not only was the brewery selection more various than many of the other festivals I’ve now been to, but the beer was from the brewery’s “secret stash.” There were many beers that I have not tried and some awesome variations of some I have tried (which means you haven’t actually tried them).
There were 3 different spaces to try beers so there was plenty of room. The atmosphere was awesome and we talked to some cool people. The brewers were also out and very talkative about the beer.
Here is the beer list, although there are a few on here that weren’t featured at the festival…but they made that up with other awesome brews you’ve never tried. Some highlights were Terrapin’s Barrel Aged Big Hoppy Monster (Atlanta), Jekyll Brewing’s Hop Dang Diggity infused with Habanero peppers and Pineapple – VERY tasty (Alpharetta, GA), Sweetwater’s 2 year aged The Gimp (Atlanta), Red Brick’s 20th Anniversary with Vanilla Beans added (Atlanta) and so many more.
I will most definitely be headed back to the Secret Stash next year!
